Measuring Beard length

Post by redarrow »

OK,so today when I measured my gobblers beard I came up with 10 inches. After getting home and removing the beard I see 3 longer strands that are firmly attached to the rest of the beard . I now come up with 11 and 5/8th inches. Looking at the pics do you feel the correct measurement is 11 5/8ths.

I was always under the impression that the official measurement goes by the longest strand.

Congrats on a true longbeard!
