Friday evening after work I went to a spot that I had seen turkeys on earlier this year. Walked around and looked in the fields but didn't see anything. The wind was blowing something fierce but I thought I heard a faint gobble while I was walking. I went on up to a ridge and stood in the shade of a big pine tree and called. He gobbled about 60 yards away. I set down and never touched the call again. He came over the ridge looking but wouldn't come out in the open. I scratched in the leaves and he finally gave me a shot. The 90/93 made his noggin look like hamburger meat.
