Fiancée's first Gobbler.

Post by TN-TurkeyTickler »

She has gone with me a handful of times over the past few years but this is her first year behind the gun. So far she has been very spoiled. She doubled up with me on opening day, killing a jake with a 3.75in beard. She slept in yesterday while I spent the better part of the day walking ridges. I came back home got her and we hit the woods for an evening hunt. Around 5:55 she gave me a nudge. She saw one slipping in to check out my cold calling. He made into about 30 yards before she let him have it. He had a 10in beard and 1in spurs.
