Hopefully that is. Lol. I’m taking my wife’s 13 year old cousin April 7th youth hunt. Really hope he gets him. I want him but really want this kid get him. He is excited to go. I took him him youth deer hunting this past time and didn’t get nothing but he was still excited just to go. Pretty sure this kid has never killed a bird. So I’m hoping.

He’s the paint brush on the right . I’m sure I’ll know him when I see him but hey if any more show up there done to.

A beginner still learning so please pardon if this is a silly question but this is the first time i have heard that term.

What qualifies a gobbler as being a “paintbrush”? Is it simply a beard that is way thicker than normal? How rare are they?

Yep when an ole Tom has got a thick thick beard it looks likes a paint brush hence that’s where the term comes from.
