I HAD AN ITCH!
Well, I had an itch and finally scratched it....probably wasn't the smartest thing to do, but it's too late now! I had a 2006 F-150 Lariat and it got totaled. I always wanted a Toyota Tacoma so I bought a new one in 2016, TRD Sport Edition. Anyway, I really missed my Lariat and finally broke down and bought a new 2018 model. Well, I did a lot of research and this is a Lariat, but it's the low end model. It has bells and whistles, but not like a top of the line one. Oh well, I was able to afford it because Brice (Hoobilly) gave all of the Moderators a HUGE raise and now we are rollin' in it!!![/b

Very nice! I’ve had my lariat since December 9th and still finding new things on it. I went ahead installed weather tech liners and mud flaps, I got tired of cleaning mud off the running boards from the front tires. Also installed the 2” leveling kit from rough country and still getting 17mpg.

Re: I HAD AN ITCH!
Sweet lookin' rides .. but Ford scewed up when they didn't stay with Chev. and bring out the Ranger when Chev. did the Colorado.
Dang Ford's outgrew me and I didn't feel comfortable in the newer ones as I did my 03 F150, so I went to a Colorado and it's all I need and want !

Re: I HAD AN ITCH!
Wow, the Toyota will be running when that Ford is being recycled, you want to remove this post too, then delete my account too and don't be CS about it like the post you deleted.

Yes, I know nothing is more dependable that a Toyota. I just wanted another Lariat. Ugh and that other issue you speak of, maybe you can refresh my memory via PM if there is something bothering you

Re: I HAD AN ITCH!
I'd buy a Ford any day before a Toyota
Waitin' to see how the Rangers shape up, but the ones I looked at in Mexico, made in Argentina last year, sure left a lot to be desired vs the Colorado
