I no longer have the 835. My 12 year old killed his first spring turkey with it and laid claim to it. I found a used Remington 11-87 special purpose turkey with a 21" bbl so now I need to find a good choke/load combo for it.
My wife has an 11-87, 20ga, she shoots 1 5/8 oz of TSS 9's through a Primos Tightwad. Cheap choke, great patterns. I have an 11-87 special purpose but haven't used it for turkey hunting. If you have a 12ga ignore the above load data, but still try a Tightwad.
