Rover Pipeline Pressure Valves 2017-09-30

Last Saturday, they had removed the connector pipes between the 2 sets of valves but they were reconnected today so they must have more pressure testing to perform. I assume that is what the diesel is for.
The bus appears to be some kind of a work center or control center.
In the last pic, you can see the over-lap of the 2 pipes. The blue are the pipes & the rusty is the pressure valve sections. I am really curious in regards to how they will join them.
