This video is not DRY Thunderstorm lightning that causes the majority of Forest Fires. It is a controlled explosion to clear the
river of submerged logs.

That sure looks to me like military primer cords, watch as it follows the cord at the beginning.

I just read the comments on the YouTube version, which I should have done in the 1st place, & this is not lightning. It is a controlled
explosion that appears to be for clearing logs from the river. Still a pretty cool video.

Those skin tight shorts like they wear in the Tour de France. Most of mine are starting to look like that.
