Marinated pork chops in Tony chacheres pork marinade it's great in a pinch (seriously tr it), corn in husk, 5-5-5-5, baked some taters cut, sprinkled on onion soup mix, to the stone to crisp.

So went to butcher shop, had two Ribeyes in cart, then I saw chuckeye, our favorite cut. Marinated in Worcestershire, fired up 17" blackstone carmelized onions in bourbon glaze, made fried potatoes, onions and mushrooms. We did cheat and boil the corn. I always thought grill was better for steak having my doubts.

Looks good. I used to have the same feelings about steaks. Now I love em on cast iron. The only reason I ever really cook one over charcoal anymore, is just to have something a little different.

Do you keep the griddle under a cover or is it ok to keep it outside in the weather like a grill?
