I don't think people really comprehend what it would be like if we didn't have our freedom and if it wasn't for the brave men and women in our armed forces we WOULDN'T have our freedom. A BIG thank you to all who serve and all who have lost their lives serving, without your service we wouldn't be who we are today..............AMERICAN'S!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't see your post davis9 before mine went up. Thank you for pointing that out. Those of us who have served will be the first to say that tomorrow is not our day. Tomorrow is to honor those who not only wrote the blank check with their lives as payment, but whose check was actually cashed.

Amen. They paid the ultimate sacrifice and without them we may not be where we are today. I have several in the family who served and have 1 that did not return.
