Hope the seat pans out for ya. I have used a lounger and my rear does not get sore. Most of the time I am not in a spot too long to carry a chair.

I bought 2 of those gobbler lounger chairs last year for field hunting or where I would be setting up with dekes or taking a kid, they are aggravating to tote around and a little heavy but I could sit in comfort for hours in that thing and the young'uns would sit still in them.

I heard of a guy in NY who just drives his truck in the field and sits in his truck. And he kills over the limmit. How comfortable are th seats in your truck?

reason he hunts from his truck is so he can roll up the window when the guy comes by blowing the worlds loudest whistle.

There's a fellow in Wi. that makes a great cushion! It's brand name is "Whoopee" Cushion..
It's fairly comfortable, but can only be used once without re-inflating. He needs to work on that!!

As for cushions, I switched to a gobbler lounger a few years back, and there's no way I'd switch back.
