Can you find the nesting hen?

One of my good hunting buddies took this picture this morning.. Pretty cool, may wait her out and when she leaves hang a trail cam over her.

She shouldn't have a problem with eggs rolling out of the nest but she looks like coon/coyote bait to me.

Is that a color phase instead of an albino?

Love the pic. I have only seen 2 smokey gray hens in the wild all the years I've been hunting. They were in Ia.
