Mississippi bird down!
Finally got it done this morning about 10:00. This bird busted me earlier in the morning, so I gave him a couple hours then snuck back in there. Went about 60 yards past where I last saw him got settled down, and let out some purrs and clucks. He gobbled right to my left wasn't just a minute I saw his fan. Ranged him in some thick stuff and got everything from 38 yards to 45 yards. So I swapped over to my right hand and when he stepped back into the opening and stopped and ran his neck up I took the shot. He dropped like a rock. He did not even flop until a couple minutes later. Those fed HW 7's are awesome for a 20 gauge factory load! He had 10 1/4" beard, 1" Spurs and 21 lbs. great hunt that lasted maybe 7 minutes from the time I sat down.

Mississippi bird down!
It was a great hunt fast but still great. I got a serious knot between my eyes from the scope. I was in an awkward position and really crawled the stock. First time the little 20 has ever bit me. Told my brother if that would have been a mossberg 835 with a 3 1/2" it would have knocked me out haha
