I too was very surprised. maybe the best anthem performance ive ever seen.

It was awesome, much better than the halftime performance.

Cam Newton musta been going to go fishing after the game, he sure spent a lot of time on the ground looking for night crawlers.

He loves to talk when he wins..But not so much when he loses. Dude needs to grow up..

Last week all we heard was how he had grown and become a leader, blah, blah, blah...He certainly showed his true colors. Act like the professional you are. Go listen to Russell Wilson's post super bowl loss interview from last year...that's a professional.

Gaga did nail the Anthem. Outstanding job.

Definitely not a Gaga fan, but I was pleasantly surprised. She did a fine job. The halftime show was crap. Sound engineer needs to be fired. Couldn't hear Coldplay vocals at all. Who cares about the rest?

I missed her singing it..got to watch it in the news and on Fbook

Yup, if it would have been KKK in white with the eye holes in the flour sacks all hell would have broke lose. That was so disgusting I went into the garage until that crap was done.

Yep, that was a nice change of pace.
I always knew she had a wonderful voice when she sang "regular" songs. Between all of that costume garb and those wacky songs that made her famous, I really started disliking her.
Saw her on a Christmas commercial with Tony Bennett sing a Christmas song. Very Pretty.

She is probably more normal than us turkey hunters. She has all her fans fooled thinking she is out there. Laughing all the way to the bank with her stage show. That said, I thought her version of the anthem was better than most I have heard.

Prior to her Super Bowl performance, I had watched her do two other things that had surprised me with how good she could be. One was the Sound of Music and the other was Sinatra's New York, New York. Here is a link to the New York, New York performance for Sinatra's centennial celebration.
