Who is all coming to the Shooter Shindig??

Hope to have my regulars of Spuriosity, JD, VA, Slicky, Gophert, and El Diablo. There were a half dozen others planning last year, but something came up and couldn't make it.
I hope to be a better host and guide this year. Everyone was kind of on their own last year, and felt bad about it. But thanks to fantastic folks, everyone pitched in with the grub. Best eating of the entire year. JD's Low country boil, Slicky's BBQ, and Spuriosity's Marinated Deer Backstraps. No one scored last year for the first time, but I think everyone dealt with a bird. We had a blast none the less.
I hope to see Doug show up this year, cause I took him out for an hour last year, as he was passing through. We actually got to hear one Gobble too, but decided not to go after him, cause he wanted to get back on the road.
Have not set a date yet, but probably sometime in April.

Dang, our season will be in full swing in April and I've still got plans for Texas Rio & Mexico Goulds hunts also

I think he likes to show off his 12" plus beard collection along with all the sets of 1.5" plus spurs.
It is a great time! Really hate I will have to be one the side lines again this year with a 2 year old at home and heading to the doctor today about another one on the way this summer.

Maybe we should have the annual Gobbler Nation member Awards Banquet at the same time. There is a nice hotel 1 mile from Shooters.

I'm bouncing between states then. Tommy how far are you from Chattanooga? I will be passing thru there mid March unless I decide to fly. I despise driving over 4 hours

Second that is pretty awesome of Shooter to offer this. I used to go to a fellows place in New Mexico every year and a bunch of guys from another forum would show up and it was a blast I miss it !!
