Longbeards and 2" Circle!

Post by guesswho »

I now know that the Winchester Longbeards put up good numbers in a 2" circle at 11 1/2 yards. I knew not to try a head shot at that distance from past experiences. My new Sharpe lid and Skeeter work pretty good together too.

I should have known you'd be the first to post a picture with the Sharpe lid. Congrats

Kind of sucked at that range. That's why I may not use them anymore. I tried TSS last year and saw some similar potential problems

Congrats Ronnie, lung shot his arse I see! :) I know what you mean about aiming for a head at 10 yards, little to no room for error!

Yes, I lucked out on that. Broadside and hit above the wing joint and back. Put a nice hole through him and didn't touch the breast or Marks wingbones.
