Since there has been a bit of talk of fold crimping new hulls recently, I figured I would share.
These are new cheddite hulls, I use a Lee load all to start crimps on new hulls and finish them on a MEC. I actually do this in multiple gauges as many times they can be had for the same price or cheaper than a metal crimp starter for a MEC.

Re: 16ga fold crimps
What ever works! Sharp crimps!
I haven’t messed with the 16 yet as I currently don’t own a 16. Looking for a Ithaca 37 and when I see the right one I’ll snatch it up and get to work

Thanks bud
Yea I shoot a lot of 16. Steel, lead, HTL, etc... It's my favorite gauge

Thanks shooter, the purple federal hulls are great to start out with. They load up and crimp the best of any 16ga hull I have found.
