Stoeger 3020 stock upgrade
Gunsmith ground off excess material to fit the 3500 12ga stock to my 3020
Now to send the stock off to get camouflaged to match the gun
I also had him grind off the hideous front site. Once I have the camo all jacked up and ready for a new pattern I will have him completely smooth the barrel where you won’t see the front piece left on for now so that the camo isn’t all ratty looking.

Re: Stoeger 3020 stock upgrade
Anyone wanting a 3500 12ga stock you can call Michiana Firearms in Plymouth Indiana. Talk to Noah and mention GobblerNation. You can buy the stock for $50 plus shipping.
Gunsmith will do his work to match one up for the 3020 for $55
So $105 plus the tax and shipping is probably a excellent deal for anyone wanting a steadygrip pistolgrip stock on a 20ga.

I also like the grip on this stock better than the Benelli Steady grip

Could that be done to a m2 ? Didn’t know if the 3020 was the same as I’ve never been around one

Re: Stoeger 3020 stock upgrade
The Stoeger series uses a different style of pilot holes to line the stock to the receiver. A Steady Grip bolts on directly to the M2 20 with a faint lip sticking out from the stock to the receiver.WV Ridge Reaper wrote: ↑May 29th, 2019, 6:00 pm Could that be done to a m2 ? Coming a long very nicely.
So we're those sights factory? I have never seen that model before, but judging from the picture (and the way they are installed) it looks like they came in the gun from the factory.

Yessir
Rare turkey model
24” barrel
Re: Stoeger 3020 stock upgrade
That's a first for me. That front end was definitely an odd design.

For now I’m gonna match the stock to the gun. Obsession
Later.. I’m not sure. Have seen so many good looking camouflage Mossy Oak guns I’ll have to just choose one
Re: Stoeger 3020 stock upgrade
Hello,
Do you have any pictures of the finished model?

What’s the receiver look like after you removed the sight . Did you have to drill and tap for your EGW base or use existing holes ?
