Western field model 19 ,16 gauge

Post by BoxCall@68 »

Hi,I traded for this shotgun when I was 16 in 1966.traded three coon hides for it.used it on rabbits and slugs on deer.last year I decided to camo it up and use it for turkey this year.its a 30" barrel, and can't fit a dime in the choke.added a sling and a barrel mount sling clamp.added a recoil pad,and tried some Remington express long range ,number #4 shot, shot a good 25 yard pattern.I'm mixing it into my season with the new Mossberg 500 ,20 gauge this year.seems like the old guns still ask to be used.,thanks, dan

Posting Pictures on Gn

You go to full editor and preview. Then you hit attachments. Then you hit add files and it’ll ask you where you want to get the files from. Select your photo library. It will take you there and you select the ones you want to add. Then you go back and hit add file for each picture selected. Hope this helps. Any questions feel free to get back.

If he’s done that much with you , then you’ve done good and he has learnt a lot on how to be and act.

Old guns are cool to hunt with.
I have my grandads ol Remington 1148 12ga
Kicks like a mule and throws rocks at you when it’s shot.

Hoping to kill a turkey with it one day
