How easy is it? I may have to do it my 3020.

Very simple to do. Just a couple of pins to remove, 5 minutes or less.

Just a jake, but was a long, tough season here with extremely quiet birds. The only gobbler I was able to call on public land was busted by another guy walking in on the setup 10 seconds before I would have shot.Image

I had to get it drilled and tapped. Sold this gun after that season and moved to an O/U. They are definitely solid, I just like the O/U better.
