Savage 301 taking the world by storm
so who all here is jumping on the Savage bandwagon???
Re: Savage 301 taking the world by storm
Not sure I jumped on the Savage band wagon but I did jump on the 410 band wagon , I did purchase a 301 . I figured for the price why not. It has an optics mount and a screw in choke, probably would have spent the 169.00 on getting another brand drilled and tapped and the barrel threaded plus my 10 year old grandson is showing some interest in hunting so I figured it would be a good place to start.

So she had a motive when she bought it for you..
Shoes on the other foot now
And that’s a good thing!

The whole point of .410 for me was the ultralight gun. If it weighs three pounds, I'm in.

Thank you Sir, I hope he does as well. I bought mine right off the Savage website, the sale went through Gun Genie and was shipped to my local gun store. Very simple process.hoobilly wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2019, 10:05 amThat’s a savings for sureCwcook68 wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2019, 9:08 am Not sure I jumped on the Savage band wagon but I did jump on the 410 band wagon , I did purchase a 301 .
