I decided to make a few mods to my youth 870. Cerakote midnight bronze and bottomland dip on furniture. After loosing 2 FF3 covers this season I decided to go with pink covers. It also helps because I would often forget to take the black ones off while hunting.
Gun was solid black before

Nice!
I always thought that the hot pink would defy stand out enough if it popped off you would be able to find it.
I shoot hot pink fletchinga on a pink and white wrap. Absolutely can see them streak through the air and see exactly where impact is on a deer turkey etc

Nice. Where did you get it dipped at. I am looking for a place to send my 870?

The Camo dip was done at Carolina Custom Camo in SC
Re: Off season 870 work complete
Just picked mine up Saturday and also went with midnight bronze, I'm going to have the stock and forearm dipped but haven't made my mind up on a pattern yet, thought about reaper woods or obsession, also had it drilled and tapped for the aimpoint micro h2, went with a weaver base just big enough for the red dot.
