Yildiz 410 set up

I recently purchased 3 yildiz 410 to set up for me and my buddies. I shot them at 40 with Hal’s 13/16 load of 10s. They all impacted about 12” low with 10” numbers from 117-165 with a clean barrel. What are you guys doing for sights and how short are you guys cutting barrels? Thanks
