Briley is about the only option for thin wall chokes that I know of.
Be aware that if you use them, they use their own thread pattern and you are stuck buying chokes from only them.
I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects

I have no need for a 30-06, I have a shotgun

Google Mike Orlen gunsmith. He just did a barrel for my single shot 10 gauge. He is in Massachusetts if I recall correctly. Found out about him from shotgunworld.com. He is a moderator there. Great work at a very reasonable price. You will probably have to go with Tru Choke threads and then get Sumtoy to make you a choke. That is what I did and it works great.

Comp N Choke can thread chokes to Bailey's thin wall chokes pattern. They are doing one for me as soon as Briley is finished with my barrel for my .410
