Browning A-5, (Belgium)28" FULL barrel chambered 2 3/4". I turkey hunted with this gun from the early 1980's to 2004 were I bought my 1st choked Shotgun. Turkey loads were 1st shell Winchester 2 3/4" #4's lead, backed-up with 2 3/4" #2's
Winchester mod. 12 28" FULL barrel Mfg'd in 1932 chambered in 2 3/4", been in my family since new. Granpap's passed to dad then to me. I killed my 1st turkey in 1969 with it. I still own both of them. None of them go to the woods any more. They stay locked up.

I have an old Fox Sterlingworth, an old Remington wingmaster blued and walnut, and an old Ithica model 51 featherlight.

Love that Ithica.

I've got a Winchester Model 12, 16 guage. It has a safety that I've never seen before. Instead of having a crossbolt, it has a flat piece located, on the front of the trigger guard, that's about 1/4 inch wide and about 3/4 long that pushes forward to fire and back for safe. Someone told me it was a cold weather safety designed to use while wearing gloves. :dontknow:

I've got a Belgian Browning Light 20 Auto-5 I've had since I was a boy.

My youngest son killed a turkey with it back in '03 and I retired it shortly thereafter. Been thinking of bringing it out of retirement...
