Which Choke?

I just sent my 1100 magnum barrel off to get shortened and threaded. I’m going to order some TSS from Hal, the barrel will be threaded to accept true choke threads so I will have to purchase new chokes, this will be my first dealings with tss, I plan to shoot 9s. Should I get a .665 Indian Creek( had great success in the past with IC and hevi shot) or a Carlson? If I go with the Carlson, which restriction for TSS 9?
Thanks,
Kevin

.665 IC will probably give a smoking pattern. A Carlson's .675 would probably throw a more forgiving hunting pattern.

Indian Creek does very well in my 12 and 20 ga's with hand loads .Apex and Federal TSS.

I run a Rem SF HS .675 in my 1187. It throws great patterns with 2 oz handloads of 8s (260/188) and 9x8s (306/248). Wouldn't want it any tighter. I have an IC .665 for that gun but have never even shot it with TSS, I am so pleased with the Rem choke.

I have always found that IndianCreek patterns more different types of shells than other types consistently
