H&R topper (added pics)
I was wondering how many of you guys owned one of the old bottomland 3.5" topper h&r's with the removable choke? I picked one up in mint condition. Im told it's a 91 model. Not gonna make a go to turkey gun out of it, just putting it in the turkey gun library for a talk piece. She sure is a sweet little thing. I can't imagine touching off a 3.5" in it..wooo-son. I will have to take it out a day a year or something. I'm not big on single shots for turkey hunting.

Sal has one.. Not sure if you would call it bottomland, maybe it is I need to take a picture.. It is 3.5, 24 inch barrel, Inv tube and has factory iron sights.. She shoots it with an SSX and Old White 6s.. It does around 200..
It is our pass around gun for folks we take out that do not have a dedicated gun.. Its got somewhere between 50 and 100 kills.

LOL that gun has alot of memories underneath it.. She makes one everytime she shoots a turkey with it, she took it over the 20 on two hunts this year, yup two fat bleeding lips.. It looks identical to yours but with some leaves in it..YellaJacket wrote:And you need my FFL's mailing address too.. I can scrounge up some trading stuff..
