Re: Long Beard haters and why???
LOL I like shooting a 16ga with TSS. I really can't get a factory turkey load that will come close to the TSS loads. Im forced to suffer shooting TSS, no winchester longbeards, no hevi-shot just lead. Im getting the vibe there may not be long beard haters here but maybe some TSS haters. :stir: Oh M...

Re: Long Beard haters and why???
Birds I've seen not flop were shot with both lead and htl. The similarity was they were unaware of danger and got poleaxed. Also, they were not disturbed until well after the shot. Considering how turkeys see, and how quickly they can react, I would not be surprised if some of the floppers saw the p...

Re: Reaping
It was a Training Video ,made up to discourage fanning ,and done in the WRONG place . Come on we are all to smart to use fanning in that case ,in brush or weeds higher than you are. If you dont like to hunt that way ,thats the great thing about this sport and this country ,DONT do it , If you like ...

Re: question for over under shooters....
Both barrels shoot pretty close to same POI. The only thing i could tell is at 50 yards the bottom barrel shoots a little low but, 40 on back to 10 yards it's close to the same. Shooting a full and imp cyl with TSS 9'S.

I'd say a Black Hills bird. The pure white tips are not as common in the area as the buff color in the last few years. IMO

I've killed them standing, kneeling, setting on a cushion, without a cushion and laying prone, which i'll never do again. It aint cool to be slid backwards on the ground by a 2.0oz load of fours.
