OK. The use of any kind of poison should be avoided. Scavengers as well as raptors & other critters will feed on the carcasses & will be killed by the poison. Poisons don't just disappear after killing the target animal. I believe that it is also illegal to put out poison in a lot of state.

You need to do whatever you can to get that under control b4 it becomes a big problem.
