If you are going to take the cost out of consideration, I'd substitute the Trijicon RMR for both. I like the size of the FF3 for my use; no question the Eotec is a tougher red dot, higher quality, etc. The RMR is not much bigger than the FF3, powered by fiber optics and a tritium lamp--no batteries....
