Re: Some see how far they can shoot and some see how close!!
I think it is kind-of funny about the TSS long range, and crippling bird post!!! I know most of the TSS shooters personally, and as far as I know of,... Not even one of us took a long shot last year, and don't know of a single turkey that got out of a 10 ft circle after the shot. The only one I kno...

Tommy its in kind of north east Alabama. It's about 140 miles south of Chattanooga Heck, thats where Brent and I hunt AL, near the TN River. Brent lives there. Still have never heard of it. I'll have to call him and ask. I would greatly appreciate it . It's in cleburne county. Closest town...

I need gps coordinates that has some turkeys here . Just kidding but am wondering if it has some birds. Place looks hilly and woody and decent size. Kicking around the idea to start in Alabama instead of Tenn. Its only about 5 and a half hour drive from me

Re: Some see how far they can shoot and some see how close!!
That makes me sick to my stomach. No turkey should have to die that way. Just my feelings. Mike Same here. Can't hardly watch stuff like that. If some of my bread and butter was coming from TSS and your loading experience that takes Gobblers at jaw dropping distances I would say the same thing, I'm...

Yep..That was me and a bad shot...I have since moved back to a compound that I'm much more comfortable with and ditched the high dollar Crossbow. I'm glad that Buck survived though for your info...This is him with the slight limp coming in from the right and other than the slight limp, He's alive a...

Was going thru some drawers and found these old Turkey call and Virginia wildlife mags my uncle gave me years ago. Dates left to right: 11/1982, July-August 1979, March-April 1979. Did anybody ever collect or remember these?

Me and stumpy are getting dumped on right now with snow. I left work early and what usually takes 30 minutes took an hour and 40 and there wasn't any traffic on the road. Calling for about a foot but higher elevations will prob have about 2 feet since they were still hanging heavy with snow from the...

Hope he picked a good smooth bark limb so it wouldn't hurt as bad when the bear shoved it up his arse. I would have popped a round in the ground and then if he didn't run one to the head.
