It doesn’t get any better than that, Ronnie!
You took her under your wing and she has hunted and harvested everything from deer to gobblers to hogs.
Well done my friend. Well done.

Re: Compact guns

Physical stature has everything to do with this compact thing. I would never carry a shotgun with a short stock just because it’s easier to carry in. I am a big guy and don’t own anything compact except a Remington 870 Youth that I bought years ago for the young ones that come over to trap shoot wit...

Re: Aging gobblers via roost bone

I learned something today. Hence the bald spot on the “roost bone”.
Come to think of it, I’ve got a bald spot on the top of my head that I thought was from crawling back and forth under the sheets!
Dang!

Agree. And at the end of the day, what difference does it make. WHO really cares?
The length of the beard and spurs are a certain.

Re: Retay Masai Mara

I have one. Had to go back to get worked on. Wouldn’t fire consistently. Customer service was great. Had it back in about a month. They replaced the Bolt Head, Firing Pin, Recoil spring and plunger.
Shoots great now but I have not hunted with it.
