Re: Turkeys with a bow???
I shoot 2 - 3 birds a year with a bow. All I know is since I switched to bullheads I haven't had to chase one yet ! I'm not sure if they are still available but I use the 100g heads I found them easier to tune and just as good at taking heads off actually better as I find them more accurate.

Re: Nebraska out for Nonresident hunters?
Sucks for many, but I can't say I blame them, who would want a bunch of infected city slickers invading their territory! True I just spoke with the people I stay with in Nebraska and they told me that they would rather I stay home this year which I agree with. Unfortunately I already bought my Nebr...

One place I hunt there is limited public area to hunt and some private owned by a conservancy that allows anyone who applies permission so basically public too. It seems ever year a week before opening day a bunch of blinds go up and stay all season. I have had several run ins with guys that believe...

Good Luck, Kevin They are doing that now at the border which I never thought would ever happen so not gonna happen could very well ...

I would look up some of the hunting public youtube vids as they hunt public and I believe they are from Mo. As far as advise you will get all kinds . Don't call call etc etc All I can say is that as an experienced hunter you probably know that experience teaches best tactics. Don't be afraid to try ...

Re: Fall Bird !
I went fall turkey hunting for the first time this year. 1st day had a very large group of longbeards at 20 yds. 11 total. I lowered my gun and watched them walk away. Decided fall hunting wasn't for me and never went back. Not really sure what the point was of your post. I went turkey hunting once...

I should be ok. My fudge factor is backwards. I'll misjudge 30 for forty, but never 40 for 30, and let him walk. Now y'all have me second guessing my decision to go to a 410. I hope I don't have to break out the big 20 again. Did you run out of rocks to throw at them when they trip over their many ...

I have talked to many hunters both older and younger mostly using 12 gauges and many had no issue with flinging lead at a turkey that wouldn't commit to coming closer. They just shrugged and said hey maybe I get lucky and if not its just a bird

Limit them all to two terms. It’s law for the president and it should stand for the rest of the politicians. It would fix the a bunch of the mess! No more career politicians. Period! We would be much better off if most of them migrated to Canada with your Rosie O'Donal Meme. Whose butt would be sca...

Fall Bird !
Not seeing too many birds taken this fall so figured I would post mine. Went to my buddies place in Michigan to hit the end of the bow deer season. Never even saw a deer but was seeing birds all the time. While sneaking in for an afternoos sit I saw a group of toms on the edge of a field. I was able...
