Re: Kicks Gobbling Thunder Choke...What ya think?
The Hevi is going to allow you to use smaller shot size because of its density and hardness, and therefore allow you to consistently put more pellets on target at any range. That will lead to more consistent 1 shot kills. I've only had to shoot at 1 more than once but that was my fault for sleeping...

Re: Turkey hunting getting out of hand
I don't mind it. While I'm actually hunting, all is right in the world and I don't think about the 20 mouth calls i've tried recenly, or whether I should use glass or aluminum calls, or how many TSS pellets are in my shells, or any other technical stuff. But all that stuff gives me something turkey...

Yes! Man that's annoying.Johndoe wrote:The thing about Primos is you never see video from in front of the shooter. No film of someone taking off the safety. I have always hated that crap an most others do it. Its BS to me.

Re: Primos Truth 24
I thought the primos guys shot extended range? I do like their show much better now, seems they aren't trying to sell as much stuff. Some of the bowhunting turkey shows are hard to watch. I think wildgame nation turkeys hunts are my least favorite of all.

The longer shells will eject, but they will not cycle from the magazine to the chamber in the M2.

Re: 835 2oz 9's .720 Indian Creek
It's a mossberg 835 with a 20" barrel. The Indian Creek is a waterfowl choke. They don't make it anymore in that constriction last I checked. They moved that choke model up to a .755 diameter.

I just picked that one because it is cheap! lol Seems like from .555 to .580 ish all work pretty good in standard bore 20's by thumbing through hal's 20 gauge TSS combos.Shooter wrote:The Chokemaster has spoken,... .570 it is!!!

835 2oz 9's .720 Indian Creek
My brother checked to make sure his FF2 held zero today. FF2 was perfect and this combo throws some great patterns. He could have moved circle a bit to the left. Got 372 in 10" and 300 in 20"

Re: Benelli M2 ???
Good luck finding one. It is hard to find one with the 24" in camo. I bet you will have to call a dealer an order one. Or settle for the 26" in camo or the 24" in black.
