Re: Question about TSS

I laugh because I believe the most patterning knowledge ever brought together was on NWTF. This is no dig on TSS or any other shell, we have reached a point whereas a 50 yd shell whether factory or handloaded is no mystery, but in that time it was pooling knowledge to make something work for a memb...

The 3rd Degree load looks interesting. Wonder if it'll actually do, now that it has 40% TSS 7s.

Looks like they're going after WInchester Longbeards pretty hard.
whats the price difference in them?

Re: Reaping

I’ve done a time or 2. Sure is fun. I don’t have to all the time though. There’s a time and purpose for it. I like calling them in to but if it don’t work I’ll fan one. I don’t call it reaping. That’s stupid name for it. Anyway Indians prolly used same meathod. Nothing new. I can see where it could...

I bet the Carlson’s 575 does well as it’s not ported. And the IC 555 ported makes a hotter core.

It should not matter. What does matter is inside diameter and choke thread type you want to have installed I have used Carlson’s to have tubes installed. Namely my Ithaca 37 that had a cut down barrel and I further cut down to 21” I measured it and told the guy at Carlson’s I thought remchoke would ...
