Re: Weird shock gobble calls
I was hunting in Northern Kansas once about 10 years ago around lunchtime I was bored so I was slowly still hunting and shed antler hunting when a rooster pheasant sounded off and sure enough two Toms shock gobbled in response. I sat down and hit a box call and they answered me. I called them in and...

Re: Almost better than football
Let's go SOONERS!!! I went to the first 2 games of the series and it is quite an experience. Between work and 100 plus heat index readings today I'm gonna have to catch game 3 on TV. FSU is a very good team and I am nervous about the outcome for sure.

Re: NEF 20 gauge single shot stock reviews?
I also had my 20 gauge pardner threaded for remchokes by Michael Orlen recently. He does not have to cut the barrel down unless you just want him to. I put the synthetic handi-grip stock and forearm set on mine and I love it. really lightens the gun up a lot and makes it awesome to carry and to shoo...

Re: Gunsmith for choke installation, etc.?
Mike Orlen does thread 20 gauge barrels for Rem-chokes now. Not sure how long this has been the case because I was just referred to him recently. My buddy just had a NEF 20 gauge done a couple weeks ago and mine is in his shop as we speak.

Re: Anyone Ready For Football?
I expect it to be a much better game than last year. Both teams have a lot of the same guys back from last season but the two teams were headed in different directions by the end of the season. I am looking forward to the experience as a whole and the atmosphere in and around the stadium should be a...

Re: Anyone Ready For Football?
I am definitely ready for football to start! Got some pretty fun football related trips planned for this season. First, in the second week of September I am going to Knoxville, TN to watch my Sooners play the Volunteers in Neyland Stadium in front of more than 102,000 fans and I can't wait for the e...
