Re: Few cam vids

I use my browning spec ops on video mode at scrape sites. It produces the best videos I have ever seen from a game cam. Plan on getting a couple more this fall. How did you get the videos to upload to your post Tapatalk used to have the ability for you post videos. But it has been removed. Only can...

Re: Opening up a choke

Sound like with it being heat treated I would be best to move the choke to someone else and call briley instead of trying to open it up.

Re: Opening up a choke

Sumtoy won't swap you another choke for it? He's always been good about that. I'd call him. Maybe he can open it up for you. With his experience with SumToy on that gun, I don't think he wants him to touch it again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro (Whistling)[emoji849][emoji849][emoji849][em...

Re: Opening up a choke

Choke I recently got from sumtoy is choking the tss to much. Think it's a .520 like to open it up to a xf! What's steps need to take to take few off to open it some. Is that done with a lathe? Or would I be better off just sell it and buy something else? Trulock Beretta 28ga chokes show .519 for a ...

Re: Gobblers on the limb

It tends to cause him to stay on the limb longer. The thought is he will stay in the tree wanting to see that hen on the ground Before flying down. I don't have proof whether that's true or not, but I have seen gobblers in the past stay in the tree for long periods of time while being called to. Bu...

Re: Furthest you have seen a bird fly to get to your calls?

For the second year in a row I killed one that flew to me! My second bird of the season last week flew across a steep holler when he saw my decoy I had staked 3' from me. I had just sat down because I had no more cover to move closer and he was working his way across the hillside 150+ yards away. H...

flocked-up toms

That's what they do. Many years during the late season they are just as interested in getting back together with their surviving buddy's as they are hens, and maybe even more so. Hunters that know and recognize this do pretty well late season. It's part of the cycle. In that case a person would nee...

I'd tell ya bout my al48 28 but it's a month late from being here than what I was told. And still no word. Even sent payment with the gun so he ain't gotta track me down for payment like he seemingly had to others. If it comes back before season ends I'll try to let you know we pushing 2 months
