22 Idaho bull
Was able to connect on my first day in camp. Not a monster, but he sure did bugle and came just like an old gobbler. Been chasing bulls with my done since the 17th. On bulls every day, they just will not commit. Did see several turkeys here. DB16F517-579A-4831-9D96-8E342F9D5518.jpeg 7EC294B9-A645-40...

Re: Covid question?
I thought the same thing. I work in a school of 400 kids, my wife owns a gymnastics gym and is around 400-500 kids a month. We both are unvaccinated and thought were were immune. Until the wife went to Alabama to judge the NCAA regional gymnastics. Boom she came home and was sick within a day. I got...

Re: Elk call for locating shock gobbling
Lol I took my elk bugle to Missouri two weeks ago.
Gave a few bugles hoping to get a response. I could not hear as I was bugeling. But two days later a guy stopped in camp, asked if we had seen any elk. Mentioned he had heard a bull rip off three bugles….

Right there with ya. Hunted everyday last week, heard one bird gobble twice from the tree and he was 800 yds away. Have not been able to raise or hear a gobble all week. Cold damp wet and snow here in NW Pa.

I have two of the Sa459's and love them. Also have a X-3 longeard that do not like much. And I have a 1 5/8oz load that used the MP300, no doubt the powder is dirty when fired. And I did have problems with a gas gun throwing the bolt handle , I reduced the powder charge as advised by the guy I purch...
