Re: Spankin 'em in Florida!
It's a good thing you're already locked in for 2020, Charlie. We're good where we're at, but next year I'm gonna have to bump my prices to help offset these guys that don't tip. I know how hard I bust my hump to make these hunts work, so after hearing that most guides get an extra 15-20% in tips, I'...
Re: Too Tight
835 50yard gun!!! Are you shooting 3.5 or just 3"? Drop your bead down on the neck at 20. TSS seems to help that for some reason. I have a great pattern at 20 and 140s in a 10"at 60yards. TSS helped all my guns patterns, it turned my 20 gauges into 50 yard killers. I don't shoot that far b...

Re: Fresh pineapple
Try it in a Steak marinade. NO pineapple taste but makes steak super tender. have had pineapple rings on top of chicken cooked on a george foreman grill.. that is delicious It has a natural enzyme that breaks the cartlage down in meats making it tender ( Bromine ) I think??? Re: Best way to clean strikers and pot calls
Soak the tips in alcohol for a day or two it should pull all of the grease out
I would not soak!!! Soaking may take all the natural oils out of the wood causing it to warp or even crack. Just a couple light cleanings of denatured alcohol will do. No residue with denatured alcohol!

Re: Iowa turkey season
Its too bad its Iowa for turkey might be worth it if it was good deer ground to me. A turkey is a turkey especially an eastern. And for $278 bucks to kill one eastern on a hunt you have to pick a zone and apply and maybe only get 5 days to hunt well there a way better opportunities in my opinion. B...

Re: Air fryer Turkey nuggets
We have had one for over a year and use it all the time.. Love it! We never put any oil in it like it says to do and everything comes out just as crispy as your fry daddy. Marinade the same as any other-coat with flour, egg, panko - fry then dust with favorite seasoning.... Beer battered fish was al...

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and if traveling, be safe out there.. It is rather funny, I shot 11 gobblers this spring in my travels and my grandson shot 2. We ate 1 of my grandsons birds already and we have 1 for Christmas saved, the rest were given away to friends and family. We are eating Ham to...
