Re: Benelli M2
Your peripheral view is greater because the sight is not close to your eye. This, it’s not what you are seeing through the lenses, it’s what you can overall physically see When the sight is on the receiver close to your eye and you trying to scan for an approaching bird you will find yourself looki...

Sitka turkey vest
I'm a kitchen sink kind of guy. I have handled the Sitka vest, well made, my local shop has them hanging up for sale, but it won't carry enough for me. I bet my vest is easily 30 pounds when loaded to hunt. Sitka is good gear, I have a good bit, but I won't be getting one of these vests. It does lo...

For someone to kill 19 birds in 45 days, they either have property covered up with bird and or are baiting.
Hunting the average land without bait, I find that about impossible.

I prefer it over my drill and tap mounted red dot all day long
I especially like the field of view you get with it being farther away from your face
I don’t have to look at everything through the lens due to that

I envy you guys that have turkey hunting buddies. I can’t find anyone who wants to travel to hunt them. Typical response, you’re going all the way to South Dakota to kill a turkey??? So I’m going by myself. My circle of friends are not as fanatical as I am. Most times it’s the best way. It’s about ...

This spring was odd in our area and we did very very well but gobbler yelps and gobbling got many to commit. I have some loaded up I am probably going to shoot tomo. I shoot the 1-5/8 oz 9 shot now. But I am only hoping to get good pattern out of the MOA to shoot 8 shot instead of 9s so I dnt expect more pellets on target, just bigger pellets
